Whole30 Day 6

OMG I WANT A COOKIE!!! I’m on Day 6 of the Whole30 and I want something sweet so badly I can hardly stand it. An apple is just not making up for the goodness that is an Oreo cookie. I’m resisting temptation but it’s very difficult especially because my daughter is sitting not to far from me munching on Golden Oreos. Part of me wants to kill her right now.

This is why you need to get rid of all the junk food in your house when doing a diet like the Whole30. There isn’t room for temptation, or it makes it a whole lot more difficult if the shit is lying around — so get rid of it!!

I tried to get my daughter to go on the Whole30 with me. She doesn’t need to lose any weight but I thought it might be a good idea to help her eat more healthy. The girl would live on Mac & Cheese if she was allowed. Even though I desperately want a cookie right now I don’t crave pasta or other starches like rice or bread.

I know that could change at any minutes.

I’m hoping this will pass soon enough and that it is only hormonal — PMS — and nothing more.
